Monday through Friday our business hours are 7 am - 7 pm.
Check in is after 1pm. Check out is before 1pm.
Saturday and Sundays we have three boarding windows; Pick up between 8-9 AM, Drop off and pick up between 1-2 PM and drop off between 6-7 PM. If early check in or late check out is required, a daycare fee of $20 will be added to that day per guest.
Our canine guests receive a complementary bath when they stay a week (7 nights) or more with us. If they are here less than a week they will receive $5 off any spa service.
**Does not include de-matting, de-shedding or special handling. If dogs can not be handled safely, or are excessively matted they will not be bathed.
We are not a medical boarding facility. But for our guests that need basic medication during their stay.
Medication must be provided by owner.
Medications costs are $1 per pill dose, $2 per eye dose , $5 for ear cleaning, ointments and injections per dose.
Vaccinations must be administered by a licensed veterinarian.
All dogs that stay with us require proof of current vaccinations, which must include Rabies, Canine Influenza, Bordetella and DHPP.
All Felines that stay with us require Rabies, FVRCP, and Feline Leukemia (FeLV) vaccinations.
Owners are encouraged to bring their pets food. Please keep our limited storage space in mind and either place each meal in an individual zip lock bag, or put food in a small storage container. If you do not wish to bring food from home, we offer a salmon and potato formula kennel food at no charge.
Excessive or complicated feeding instructions will be an additional $5 per day.
Please do not bring food or water dishes from home, with the exception of slow feeders.
We welcome bedding and toys from home, however we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Please do not bring large stuffed beds, as dogs can get bored and destructive.
If you do not bring bedding, we will be happy to provide blankets that are cleaned and sanitized between every use.
